30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return
Email us at info@motoreloaded.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label within one business day.

Return shipping
A flat return-shipping fee of $20 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover the prepaid label. Items that arrive defective or were sent in error are returned at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable except where the item was defective or incorrect.
